Residential Cottage

This quaint cottage was inspired by the owner’s love for a modern Italian Villa style. Showcased below are design iterations for rooms throughout the house, which explore different styles that the client expressed interest in during the concept phase. Once the owner honed in on what they liked from each option, options were refined into one final elevation render for each space and the Design Development phase began, which includes the selection of lighting, appliances, and materials!
